Returns are accepted if it's in un-opened, brand new condition and returned within 30 days. Opened software is not returnable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After 30 days, allowable returns are subject to restocking fees.
In rare cases the product is dead on arrival, merchandise will be replaced with no additional costs to the buyer.
